Period Tracker, LLC. (hereinafter, "we" or "us") is committed to respecting the privacy rights of users of its mobile phone application, One, and its Website (the "Services"). We created this Privacy Policy to explain its information collection and use practices and the protection of your information when you visit and use the Services. Any terms capitalized but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in our Terms of Use.

a. Traffic Data And Information Gathered Using Mobile Device Data. We analyze Traffic Data and information gathered from Mobile Device Data to help us better understand who is using the Services and how they are using the Services. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, we are able to better design the Services to improve your experience, and to serve you more relevant and interesting content. From time to time, we may share Traffic Data and Mobile Device Data with (1) third-party analytics companies so that such third-parties may help us better understand who is using the Services and how they are using the Services; and (2) Service Providers so that we can personalize, provide, and improve our Services. In summary, your data is anonymous and used exclusively to help us improve the Services. We do not share your data with social networks, we do not share your data with marketers, and we do not share your data for monetary gain.

If you provide us with your Contact Data, we may use your Contact Data to send you information about our products and services, such as a newsletter, and to contact you when necessary in connection with the Services. ii. Demographic Data. We use your Demographic Data to customize and tailor your experience on the Services. As with Traffic Data and Mobile Device Data, we may share Demographic Data with third parties in anonymous form and/or in the aggregate, for industry analysis, research, and other similar purposes. iii. Health Data. We may use your anonymous Health Data to provide, personalize, and improve your experience on the Services. As with Demographic Data and other data gathered through the Services, we may share your data with third parties in anonymous form for statistical analysis, research, and other similar purposes.

Business Transfers; Bankruptcy. If we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information may be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

If you would like us to delete your Personal Information from its system, please contact us at with a request that we delete your Personal Information from its database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, however, we may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law.

We reserve the right to, update, change, or modify this Privacy Policy. Any material changes to this policy will be posted on the Services, and will indicate when such change will become effective. You will be deemed to have agreed to any such modification or amendment by your decision to continue using the Services following the date in which the modified or amended Privacy Policy is posted on this Website. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete such information from our database.

10. International Users

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide your information to us, your information will be transferred to the United States and processed there (or any other country where we operate). By providing your information and using the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
