Q. How do I add a new period?

A. You can add a new period from either the Countdown or the Month Calendar. From either screen, tap the red Add Period button and a vertically swipeable month calendar will appear. From here, tap the date your period started and One will populate the subsequent four days. Easy peasy. And don't forget to add your past periods! One uses Period AI™ so the more cycles and data you enter, the more accurate your predictions.


Q. How do I extend my period?

A. To extend your period, pull up the aforementioned Add Period page, locate the existing period in question, and tap the date you wish you extend. When you tap the date, you will see a red circle populate the date identifying that you've successfully extended your period.


Q. How do I delete my period?

A. To delete your period, pull up the Add Period page, locate the existing period in question, and tap the dates that are populated with red circles. When you tap the red circles, you'll see them disappear from the Calendar. When the red circles are gone, you've successfully deleted your period.


Q. What does the green line on the Calendar mean?

A. The green line on the Month Calendar and the Horizontal Calendar represents your fertile days. Your fertile days are the days you are most likely to get pregnant. Both the Countdown and Month Calendar display your chances of pregnancy. The closer you are to your ovulation date, identified on the Month Calendar and the Horizontal Calendar by a thick green line, the more likely you are to get pregnant. Please note One should be used for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a source of birth control. Please speak with your healthcare provider for more information on pregnancy and prevention.


Q. What does the thick green line on the Calendar mean?

A. The thick green line on the Month Calendar and the Horizontal Calendar represents your ovulation date and the date you have the highest chance of pregnancy. On your ovulation date, an egg is released from your ovary which may be fertilized by sperm. If fertilized, the egg may travel to the uterus and implant developing into a pregnancy. Again, please note One should be used for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a source of birth control. Please speak with your healthcare provider for more information on pregnancy and prevention.


Q. How do I manually add my ovulation date?

A. One uses Period AI™ to predict your cycles so your ovulation dates are added automatically. To add your ovulation date manually, open One, tap the Fertility category, go to the Ovulation Test Result group, and tap Positive/Peak. This will manually add your ovulation date to the Calendar and update your cycle accordingly.


Q. How do I review my cycle summary?

A. Super easy. Simply open the app and go to the Summary page (2nd tab from the right). From here, you can view your past cycles and your typical period and cycle lengths.


Q. How do I view my past entries?

A. Entries are identified in a couple ways. On the monthly calendar, any entries are identified by a gray dot on any particular date. When you tap the date, you will see icons letting you know which categories you've entered data. Simply tap the section containing the icons and your entries will display. From the entries page, you can swipe left or right to view data from other days. You can also tap an individual entry if you would like to make an edit.


Q. I subscribed to One+ accidentally. Is it possible to get a refund?

A. We would love to help however it's Apple policy that all refund requests go through them. Here's how to request a refund with Apple.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
